Visitation Rules and Process

Visitation at the Richland County facility is a privilege, not a right, and certain rules and procedures must be followed. Each offender is allowed two visits per week, with each visit lasting a maximum of 25 minutes. Calling Inmates

Offenders at the Richland County correction facility are allowed to make outgoing calls but cannot receive incoming calls. Detainees have access to telephones during their free time and can call collect or use a prepaid calling card purchased from the commissary. Sending Money
